Our Unified Contact Center solution was born from a vision we’ve had for many years. Offering a solution in which the right information reaches the right person at the right time, no matter what the location is. From our Consultancy and Professional Services branch, but especially as developers of smart software applications, we have created solutions for many organizations. The Unified Contact Center for Lync and Skype for Business represents the next step for us, as we release one of the best Contact Center products onto the market through our selected Value Added Resellers.
As Workstreampeople, we have a new vision on communications and processes. And as ‘workstream’ suggests, we aim to make the process even smarter. The functionalities are limitless, the capacities even more so, and together with the fantastic Skype for Business / Lync platform, we can now already accommodate 100,000 concurrent conversations and supply hundreds if not thousands of Agents and/or knowledge workers with Skill-based Voice and Skill-based Chat features and all the functions and possibilities that come with it.
Anywhere365 is the collective term for all the applications WORKSTREAMPEOPLE sell as a product directly and/or indirectly. The flagship product of the company is the ANYWHERE365 UNIFIED CONTACT CENTER product for Microsoft Lync/Skype server.
With the Anywhere365 platform, Workstreampeople is taking the initiative towards the next generation of Collaborative Communication platforms. That is why we select the best people, adhere to a concise vision and use the latest developments, but never lose sight of reality. The more than 25 professionals working with Workstreampeople all make their own important contribution, but the power lies in the combination. We support clients from our Professional Services and develop products and services from our office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Through our Value Added Resellers we also offer our Unified Contact Center platform on international markets, with a primary focus on Europe, Southeast Asia and Australia. Our goal is to become a significant and reputable worldwide service provider.
